A wonderful afternoon view of Blackwater Falls. The falls are named for the amber waters in this 57-foot cascade tinted by the tannic acid of fallen hemlock and red spruce needles. Located in the Allegheny Mountains of Tucker County, West Virginia Blackwater Falls State Park.
